Privacy Policy
This page describes how we handle information submitted through this website.
Who we are
Enping Marteen Electronics Factory operates this website. Contact: johnson@marteen.com.cn, selway@marteen.com.cn. Address: 2nd Floor, Building 1, Nanchang Street, Industrial Road 4, Enping, Guangdong, China.
Information we collect
The contact form collects name, email, and message (required) plus phone and company (optional). Messages may include product or purchasing details and are stored as type general. The quote form also collects intent, model, quantity or region, and customization notes; those values are written into the message body. Quote requests are stored as type product; dealer requests as type dealer.
How we use it
Submitted records are stored in the website administration inquiry table for staff to review. If a usable SMTP service is configured, the system also sends an internal notification email. Retention period, use for marketing lists, and how to request deletion are pending confirmation and are not inferred from the application code.
Sharing
Inquiry records are viewed through admin accounts. Email notification is sent only when SMTP is configured and not disabled. Whether this information is given to any other third party is pending confirmation.
Cookies and sign-in
Browsing the public site or submitting a form does not set an admin session cookie. After a successful sign-in at /admin, the server sets a NextAuth session cookie (default name next-auth.session-token, HttpOnly, JWT strategy) to keep the admin signed in. CSRF and callback cookies may also be set. Public visitor login, tracking cookies, and advertising cookies are not implemented in this codebase.
External links and third-party embeds
The WhatsApp button on the contact page is a regular outbound link to api.whatsapp.com; WhatsApp is not embedded on the page. Clicking it leaves this website, and further handling follows WhatsApp’s own policy. The factory visit map embeds Google Maps in an iframe, which is a third-party embed. Open in Google Maps and Get Directions are regular outbound links to www.google.com/maps. What those third parties record is pending confirmation.
